I've gotten a lot of vSeebox questions from customers today:
1. Why is my vSeebox channel under maintenance? How long can it be used normally?
2. my vSeebox doesn't work, box is down.
3.We are trying to get our Veebox working. Every channel we go to is showing undergoing maintenance & stays on channel 322

The reason for this is that the vSeebox is under maintenance and update, which may take several days to solve. Please wait patiently for the repair to be completed. The following are tentative solutions: backup TV fixed, please use the backup TV to watch live first, we are still deploying movie system.
